  1. Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

    • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

    We offer standard and express shipping options Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes and pricing may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

    We currently use reliable courier services including Australia Post, or other recognised shipping providers, depending on your location and order size.


    5. Delays and Issues

    Jalai by H&C is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

    • Courier delays

    • Natural disasters or events beyond our control

    However, we will do our best to help you track your parcel or resolve any delivery issues.


    6. Missing or Lost Packages

    If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
